Project Methodology and key items.
In order for the proposed objectives to be fully achieved, JRM will confirm, at this stage, the key elements of the project, such as: scope objectives, expected client participation, necessary infrastructure, etc.
Functional analysis.
Detailed survey of needs and requirements to be met to meet defined objectives.
Deployment project.
At this stage, we will be developing the project of the selected solution, generating all the necessary documentation for the proper functioning of the established procedures.
Descriptive report.
The results of the project and each step will be delivered in a Descriptive Report.
Organizational Chart
A committee, formed by the client and JRM, will define the initial planning and, when necessary, outline new paths. The JRM will do the work of Management having the attributions of control, organization, administration of resources and documentation of the services performed.
